SEPARATE BUT EQUAL
By Brian Hawkins & Marco Perugini w/letters from Guido Martinez
A husband and wife divorce and are forced to continue living together because they cannot afford to sell their condo. Crystal tries to move on with her life with career and a new romance, but her former husband, Damascus, isn't ready to let go. The two are still together, but really they're not, and both are finding it hard to be separate but equal.
Previously in SEPARATE BUT EQUAL… Damascus attempts to be “normal” the next morning by fixing Crystal buttered toast before she heads out for work… But he burns it and she politely turns it down — and subsequently, his attempt to make things right after ruining her date. Moments later, in the car going to work, Crystal gets a phone call from her expunged date, asking her if she would be interested in a re-do; Crystal happily accepts.

Here’s what the story is about:
When a small town school of the arts attempts to put on a rendition of Shakespeare's Midsummer Night's Dream and the lead actress is murdered, her boyfriend and best friend's secret affair makes them prime suspects... And targets.
In this explosive follow up to Issue 1/Act 1, a killer wearing a "Puck Mask" prop from the Midsummer Night's Dream play that the Poe School of the Arts is terrorizes the cast, crew, and campus... However, Detective Rhys Randolph, the uncle of the first victim, Lexus Randolph, is on the case, trying to track down the killer of niece. But before he can, another actress is attacked and must fight to survive the killer.
